This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "Licensee") and the 
software creator ("Licensor") for the Fleet Tracker Pro software ("Software").

By purchasing, downloading, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by 
the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to the
license type purchased:

A. REGULAR LICENSE ($29)
   - Use the Software to create ONE single End Product
   - The End Product may be used by you or sold to ONE client
   - The End Product MAY be sold to one client only
   - You MAY modify the source code
   - You MAY NOT create a SaaS (Software as a Service) product
   - You MAY NOT use for multiple clients
   - You MAY NOT white-label or resell to multiple clients

B. EXTENDED LICENSE ($800)
   - Use the Software to create multiple End Products
   - The End Product MAY be sold or distributed to multiple end users
   - You MAY create a SaaS (Software as a Service) product
   - You MAY charge end users for access
   - You MAY use on multiple domains and for multiple clients
   - You MAY white-label the solution with your own branding
   - You MAY modify the source code
   - You MAY NOT resell or redistribute the source code itself

2. RESTRICTIONS

You MAY NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the source code
- Sublicense the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except as permitted by law)
- Upload the Software to CodeCanyon or any other marketplace
- Share your purchase code or license with others
- Use a single license for multiple unrelated projects

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and 
interest in the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets,
trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

4. SUPPORT & UPDATES
================================================================================

- Support is provided for 6 months from purchase date
- Updates are provided for 6 months from purchase date
- Extended support/updates available via renewal
- Support is provided via CodeCanyon comment system or designated support channels

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
================================================================================

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR 
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS 
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR 
ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE 
OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION,
OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will
terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of
this Agreement.

Upon termination:
- You must cease all use of the Software
- Delete all copies of the Software
- The End Product created may continue to function, but you may not create new
  End Products

8. PIRACY & ENFORCEMENT
================================================================================

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the Software is theft and will 
be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Violations include but are not limited to:
- Sharing your purchase code
- Using on more domains than licensed
- Reselling the source code
- Distributing the Software without authorization

Penalties:
- Immediate license termination
- Legal action and monetary damages
- DMCA takedown notices
- Reporting to Envato/CodeCanyon

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor
regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS
AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE
SOFTWARE AND CONTACT US FOR A REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
